Limitation of use
This app is a field reconnaissance aid. It is not a professional engineering service, a professional geoscience service, a land survey, a title opinion, a one-call notification, a utility locate, or a medical direction. Nothing in this app is sealed, stamped, or certified. Do not treat maps, geology notes, drilling suggestions, hazard flags, parcel lines, hospital routes, or EMS rally points as design, clearance to work, or an official safety plan. Conditions change. Data is incomplete and can be wrong, stale, or missing.
811 / excavation
Texas law still requires a valid notification-center ticket, the required wait, member responses, white-lining, and a visual check of the site. Looking up a ticket number, drawing a polygon, dropping a pin, or seeing a mapped line here does not locate facilities and does not replace 811. If you excavate, you are the excavator. Confirm marks on the ground before the bit turns.
Utilities and maps
Public GIS, ticket text, KMZ overlays, parcels, imagery, and AI reads can omit lines, misplace them, or show facilities that are gone. Unmarked and privately owned lines exist. Tolerance zones and operator marks control, not this screen. Parcel overlays are not a boundary survey or a title opinion.
Geology and drilling notes
Formations, soils, groundwater, rig type, and method notes are desktop reconnaissance and atlas context. They are not a geotechnical investigation, a boring log, or a recommendation that a PE or PG has accepted. A licensed professional must review anything used for design, bidding, or a report to a client or agency.
Safety
Hospital, route, and rally point information is a planning sketch only. In an emergency call 911. Do not delay care to use this app. Confirm the receiving facility has an emergency department before you rely on the name.
AI
Photo reads, ticket parses, geology write-ups, and generated audio are drafts. Verify every number, coordinate, and name against the source document and the ground.

You are solely responsible for how you use this information, including injuries, utility damage, access disputes, regulatory action, and claims that follow from relying on it. The app is provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Data sources (including one-call centers, OpenStreetMap, public agencies, and imagery providers) remain subject to their own terms. If you need a locate, a survey, a sealed log, or an official JSA, get that from the people licensed to issue it.
